Today my wife and I each received a piece of mail from Prudential. According to these letters, Prudential has noticed that my wife and I have the same last name and live at the same address; therefore, in order to save printing costs and paper, they will be consolidating our statements and mailing us only one copy ....
... provided we each fill out a form at the bottom of the letters and mail the forms in so they know it's okay.
