A friend of mine asks, "Is there anything Eric Clapton can't do on guitar?"

Puh-lease. As if he's so special. I can think of plenty things Clapton can't do on guitar:

Summon a herd of elephants from deepest Africa.
Direct traffic.
The backstroke.
