I believe Leviticus uses the same Hebrew word to describe beastiality as it does homosexuality (toe'bah, detestable), but in any case, as sins go in the Bible, homosexual intercourse gets very little press compared to sins like greed, oppression of the needy, injustice, and so on. Put another way, Jezebel is described in the Bible as the epitome of evil women. No one ever said she was a lesbian. That's why I get so angry with people who act like homosexuality singlehandedly will be the downfall of America.

And on a somewhat related side note, did you know that the Talmud breaks people into three groups:

1. What's mine is yours, and what's yours is yours (the saint);
2. What's mine is yours, and what's yours is mine (the simpleton); and
3. What's mine is mine, and what's yours is yours (the sodomite)

Yowch.
